We try to stock as much as possible in our holdings at all times however due to fluctuations in sales trends and availability through Casio Australia we sometimes will not have every item in stock.

We dispatch all orders that are in stock the next business day or same business day when your order placed before 10am (Queensland time) providing we have the watch is in stock.

In the event the watch you have ordered is out of stock with us we will order it from Casio straight away and will dispatch it within 2-3 business days to you, in which case we will upgrade your postage to express post free of charge (or refund express post if it has been paid for already).

We will notify you within 3 business days of ordering if there will be a delay with your order of more than 5 business days. At this point you are welcome to change for another model, wait for your choice to arrive or we will refund you in full. If you choose to wait we will refund you 5% for waiting.

With regard to parts and bands these are generally on a special order basis that we will only order once we have received an order and payment for the part or band. Therefore there will always be a delay of approximately 1 week and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. We will notify you at time of order what the expected arrival date of the part is and should this change we will also let you know.

 

Returns & Warranties

We want you to be happy with your watch and therefore we will gladly refund any item for you within 30 days of dispatch. Refund will be for the full price paid, excluding any additional charges (such as express post or gift wrapping) which are non-refundable. We will also exchange within 60 days at no charge other than any difference in purchase price (if lower we will refund the difference).

The item must be returned to us in new and unworn condition and include all components including the watch, tags, box and instruction manual. We will provide you with a pre-paid postage label to return the watch with. All warranty claims can be sent to us or direct to the brand distributor in Australia (this info is on the warranty card supplied with your watch).

You will need to include your warranty card or receipt with your watch showing the date of purchase.  Email us and we will reply with the appropriate information for your claim.
